This is an exploration of reordering portions of an image based on frequency information. I took the FFT on block sizes (64, 32, 16 and 8) and reordered the boxes based on the first frequency magnitude returned.

The most interesting feature I find is the ability to track the eyes throughout the iterations. By the last one, though, the pupil and the earring are indistinguishable.
